Tribal Skirt Techniques – Add some flare to your dance with “gypsy” tribal skirt techniques. From slow and sultry to fast and flirty, skirt techniques are a fun way to liven up your dance.

Ballet for Belly Dance – Core exercises adapted from ballet to improve strength, flexibility, balance and muscle control. Can also include graceful entrance and exits and turning techniques.

Graceful Arms and Perfect Posture – Arms are often the last focus of any dance performance and posture is frequently forgotten; but without these two very important elements your dance is missing the key ingredients to frame and showcase all of your skills and hard work.

ATS – American Tribal Style format including steps, chorus techniques, zil drills, formations and partnering.

Shimmies – Do all of your shimmies look/feel the same? This class will teach you many different types of shimmies, which muscles control each of them and how to execute them properly. Included are drills and techniques to gain control of your shimmies and exercises to speed them up without sacrificing the original movement.

Slow is slow and fast is fast – Do all of your moves have one speed--medium? If so, this is the perfect class for you. Learn how to make the slow moves slow and snaky and set your fast moves on fire. Practice techniques for muscle control and isolation at all speeds.

Layering Made Easy – Layering does not have to be challenging. Once you have the basics down it is just a matter of putting the pieces together. This class will show you how simple building-block techniques will have you mastering those elusive layers in no time.
